MUSC 1425 - History of Rock Music This course examines the historical, musical, and socioeconomic development of rock music from its origins to today. Major stylistic tends, performers, producers, and songwriters are studied. Emphasis is on the development of tools for critical thinking and intelligent listening. No prior musical experience is assumed.
