PEAC 1034 - Fitness: This course is designed to give students an opportunity to enhance their personal wellness through the participation in moderate to vigorous physical activity. Students will learn various aspects of cardiorespiratory endurance as well as muscular strength and endurance that will help them to enhance the physical dimension of wellness. Activities related to this course vary from semester to semester.

Lecture/Lab Hours: 2 lab hrs/week
